| (May 1997 - March 2005) Penrosa Red Rover was from the last natural bred litter sired by our 2012 NBHA Hall of Fame inductee Ch. Trail Boss Grover x Cahill's Doll Face, a daughter of hall of fame Ch. Hicks Rising Sun. "Red" was as stylish as his sire, and was starting to establish himself as a major competitor in the field trial circuit. "Red" was a very intelligent setter and very athletic in his confirmation. Even though Red's untimely death came in the prime of his career, we very were fortunate to have raised some excellent pups out of him. Ch. Penrosa Knox and Penrosa Fabius Bell have greatly influenced the success of our kennel. Thus making Penrosa Red Rover a very important link in progress of the Penrosa Setters. | |
